  • CHINA SCAMLEAGUE
    Good day, My name is Kermit Hawthorne I am presently in the US. I am a starting my own retail business but I ran into a snag or scam from two websites from china the first website is www.shoesleague.com I ordered shoes from them 12 pair for $348.00 used on June 11, 2008 and have 1) Yet to receive my order 2) the tracking number they gave me for EMS has yet to work 3) I found out through a forum I posted that they have given out the same tracking number to more than one person EA767184095CN you can try it doesn’t work. Their contact person is a Ms. “Scam” Selena. She a refused to answer any email from me. She first informed me of the delay because a Chinese holiday I will forward you all email conversation with this person. The last conversation I had with this person was June 16, 2008 7:47pm EST. I asked for a refund and all communication from this person has ended. And this business is supposed to be trusted through www.hisupplier.com and member. The second website the bears false advertisement is www.top9nike.com I order 2 8gb iPod touches from this person for 200.00 used on the same day he sends me a knock off small touch screen that is not an American iPod that is on his website and now he has broken off communications with me after I inform him that this is not what I ordered or discussed with him I ask for a refund and I got no answer. Is this how all Chinese business does business with America. Is there anything that can be done. Are there any laws in China that can stop this?   • never recieved my items
    I made an order of 3 pairs of shoes on 6/6/08 and never got my items (today being 6/17/08). They gave me an old tracking number from 10/2006, an associate of mine ordered an item from them on 6/10 and they gave him the same tracking number they gave me. When I emailed Ms. Selena she said she would verify the tracking number and get back to me ASAP. She never did, I sent more emails to find out about my items or money and Ms. Selena never opened them and I recievd several emails saying all the emails I sent were undeliverable (even the ones from 6/6/08). Dont trust these people, they make decent Chinese businesses look bad.
